1/ After two weeks of stable testing, client teams are moving full steam ahead with Devnet-3.

The Fusaka spec is now nearly final, but developers made a tough call:

During ACDE #216 call they removed EIP-7907, which would have increased the max contract size beyond XX KB, after pushback from multiple teams.
