I mean, the $XXX billion in CapEx was approved in 2021. $XXX billion in 2021 is certainly not $XXX billion today. 

Bank of Canada says that $XXX in 2021 is the equivalent of $XXXXXX today. And we all know that they undercount that. 

Likewise, $XXX billion in 2021 per BoC is $XXXX billion today.

So it seems, unfortunately for our pocketbooks, that the increase is not that unreasonable.
