Turkish ammuntion giant ARCA Savunma has acquired Italian ammunition manufacturer Esplodenti Sabino.

After months of negotiations led by Chairman İsmail Terlemez, the Casalbordino-based company is now under ARCA’s control. 

Known for key NATO and Italian MoD contracts, Esplodenti was one of Europe’s few specialized firms in this field.
