And next: BK. $XXX B of debt and no cash, Samson filed for CH11 in 3Q2015. $4.1B of equity gone. ITOCHU  'escaped'. They didn't want to deal with the BK, so ~1 month before, they sold back to Samson for $X & wrote off the $1B investment. KKR's bet was a total write off as well.
