@ThomasAKaspar MLB wants you to think 60/40 is a bargain, regardless of whether XX% = $100M or $1B.  But that matters. 

Bottom line:
- Could those tax $$ be used for something better?
- Could that land be used for something more valuable?
- Could you keep the team for less than $600-700M?
