They are an identifiable organization, with a diffused hierarchy. 2.) They commit armed opposition to government officers/agencies acting in their official capacity while enforcing the law. 3.) Subvert the legal authority of the State and Federal government, and flout our laws to advance a political cause anathema to our constitution. 4.) Violence committed against citizens, and abridgment of their rights. 5.) Willful and intentional destruction or occupation of government buildings and facilities. If this were a foreign organization, these could be considered acts of terrorism. As they are a domestic organization, presumably made up of our fellow citizens, there is a very specific legal term they fulfill: Insurrection. The coordinated calling for violence and the commission of that violence is the definition of seditious conspiracy. Therefore, we don’t need to designate them as a terrorist organization, but pursue them as seditionists and insurrectionists. The tools of the law are already available to us.
