Based on the Time I spent with the two BTCFI giants I can simply says that 
@satlayer turns Bitcoin into shared security, letting BTC secure decentralized apps through restaking while 

@Lombard_Finance turns Bitcoin into shared liquidity, unlocking idle BTC to flow through DeFi for lending, trading, and yield all while staying fully backed and productive.

Both platform are unlocking new layers of value for Bitcoin just in different but complementary ways.
