'Student' Leclerc takes seat as 'Master' Hamilton is in session:

— Charles Leclerc acknowledged learning from F1 veteran Lewis Hamilton as they work to enhance their Ferrari performance. Despite a challenging British Grand Prix, where Leclerc finished 14th, he remains motivated. Speaking to media, Leclerc expressed:

“I didn't see Lewis' pace, but he was much, much stronger than me. So the only positive I would say is that whenever you've got Lewis in the same car and being much faster than me today, there are definitely some things that I will learn from a day like this.”

— Leclerc emphasized the difficulty of team struggles when both drivers face challenges, noting:

“Because when you struggle as a team and the two drivers are struggling, it's a lot more difficult to know what's going wrong.”

— Despite being outperformed by his teammate at Silverstone, Leclerc has accumulated XX more points than Hamilton at the halfway mark of 2025. Ferrari holds second in the constructors standings with XXX points, trailing McLaren by XXX. Leclerc shared optimism for upcoming races, revealing:

“I think having performance eventually is what we need. We've got some upgrades coming which will cure some particular weaknesses of the car which I think will help us in some phases of the corner.”

— Leclerc refrained from detailing the upgrades but assured efforts to address the car's weaknesses:

“I won't go too much into detail, but again I think there are some weaknesses we didn't hide them and we'll try and fix them as soon as possible.”
