1/ This numbers are off by 10X and im being generous here

2/ If it is remotely true, it validates my position that US GC Via EB5 where effective costs ~$250K is the CHEAPEST Golden Visa in the world 

3/ Lastly  If you don't buy the GC now before GoldCard kicks in, it is likely not buying $BTC X years back for $25K
