A “meal” is >1,000 calories with a protein source. -A glass of milk and a slice of toast is not a meal. -A bowl of cereal is not a meal. -A sandwich with X slices of turkey is not a meal. Packing in 4,000+ calories doesn’t happen by grazing on light snacks. It requires a paradigm shift, especially for those who (like me) grew up around people who barely eat and don’t understand the portion sizes needed for growth in faster metabolism athletes.
