Buy and Sell.

Buy players you feel help you next year or the following.

Sell players who you can get surplus value on, whether that be a career year, or a lack of said players in the open market.

Too often fans get cornered into thinking it has to be a hard one way or the other. You can effectively do both (Tampa, Milwaukee, others do it often).

You can’t waste years of Elly, even with this year looking bleak. Add controllable pieces, but if you get blown away, sell guys, too.
