There was PvP with ‘froggie’ which was voted the English name on @Weixin_WeChat X page. That obviously died as it was a farm taking advantage of a Chinese narrative and trying to westernise something that has deep roots in Chinese culture. There is a froggie on BnB which reached 20mill. The English name with no history or cultural roots. The Chinese name is what it has always been and what is viral in China. Hence why you see Chinese kols holding and showing interest to this one on @bonk_fun It became so viral as a profile picture cult for users to remain anonymous on @Weixin_WeChat and other Chinese social media. For this they use 神经蛙 which loosely translates to crazy frog (check the screen recording). It’s MUCH bigger than anyone realises. I see the Chinese and English community working very hard for their bags. In just X days since CTO they have reached 400+ followers (including some Chinese kols) and has got almost XXX telegram members. They’re all saying this is more popular frog than Pepe in china. Obviously I’m not Chinese so I don’t know but it seems believable from my research and observations. The fact it is literally a normie Chinese pfp cult is crazy.
