Hermes surpassed LVMH in market cap in April, at €250bn and has an employees of XXXXXX vs. XXXXXXX at LVMH. That’s pretty crazy. Theyre also a 6th gen family business. 
And Birkin waitlists have shown that true exclusivity is choosing which clients to sell your product to. My fave fact is that at their annual horse jumping show in Paris they always have a flock of trained geese
