The $UNH and $ELV followers have been asking me a lot about Cigna $CI. As all X are high quality and less exposure to Medicaid, with heavy focus on group health plans.

No, I have not bought and here's why...

We are still way up for the year. You have $ELV and $UNH basically at X year lows, flirting with the March/April 2020 Covid levels.

$CI is still up XX% above the Jan 30th low, which is when I last added.

Like UnitedHealth and its Optum Rx, Cigna has a major PBM, Express Scripts, which I also owned before they bought it. $ESRX delisted 2018. 

Simply put, I'm going for the falling knives. Cigna hasn't done that.
