Prepare the Chicken Base: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In a bowl, mix the pulled chicken, egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, and seasonings until fully combined. Line a baking tray or pizza pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture into a thin, even circle (about 1/4 inch thick). Bake the crust for 12–15 minutes, until golden and firm. X.
