🍕 Low-Carb Chicken Crust Pizza Recipe

🔸 Ingredients

For the Chicken Crust:

X cups cooked, pulled chicken breast or fillets (well shredded or finely chopped)

X large egg

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for crispiness)

X tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Toppings (customizable):

1/3 cup sugar-free pizza sauce or crushed tomatoes

1/2–3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Your choice of toppings (e.g. pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, onions, spinach, fresh basil)

🔸 Instructions

X. Prepare the Chicken Base:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a bowl, mix the pulled chicken, egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, and seasonings until fully combined.

Line a baking tray or pizza pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture into a thin, even circle (about 1/4 inch thick).

Bake the crust for 12–15 minutes, until golden and firm.

X. Add Toppings:

Remove the crust from the oven. Spread the pizza sauce evenly on top.

Sprinkle with cheese and add your chosen toppings.

X. Bake Again:

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 7–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

X. Optional Finishing Touch:

Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness on top.

Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil or chili flakes, if desired.
