This spring, the Navy awarded a new contract for contractor-owned, government-operated (COGO) B737 flight hours.

The award went to a joint venture between Kira and AAR Corp.

Result: E-6 pilots are back in the air training in actual B737s, without burning E-6 flight hours. /6
