Its very niche (most sales are from a very limited number of costumers) and most people (even the very wealthy) want the in-store experience of going to these stores to be pampered and look and feel the product. Might be cheap and some one off things that cause moves but directionally I am not sure this category is a winner - a lot have tried, and most have given up (that could be opportunity for the last man standing, or a warning).
