Has the Epstein Case been sketch as hell ever since he and his co-conspirators got a sweetheart deal in 2008 and the FBI never raided Little St James until 2019?

Yes.  

This was a massive cover-up, most likely to protect powerful perps, but it wasn't by Trump.  This all began with Obama.

But the idea there is no longer predicate evidence to charge is completely plausible as Epstein had XX years to destroy it.
