Hate to be a wet blanket and I ain’t no lawyer but it seems “grand jury transcripts” are not the same as the files we’ve been asking for. 

Seems these transcripts would only include evidence related to the case - and not include significant other information such as developments since the case or matters not part of the specific conviction.
