Yesterday, DevSecOps platform vendor GitLab announced Agent Platform, its strategy to inject agentic capabilities across developer workflows, is now in public beta. This is an important announcement, because we believe getting Agent Platform in production and generating revenue is becoming one of the key investment narratives. We believe Agent Platform has potential to become a meaningful growth driver. Going to public beta, from private beta, is the last step before becoming generally available to all. We anticipate Agent Platform to go live later this calendar year or early 2026. With GTLB trading at 5.5x EV/FY27E (CY26E) revenue, or 0.3x on a growth adjusted basis, versus its infrastructure peers at 6.3x / 0.5x, we see an enhanced buying opportunity for what we believe to be a DevSecOps category share gainer.
