The real issue? Agencies like USAID still burned $1.75B on GAVI Foundation grants and $781M to WHO polio programs last year. True fiscal responsibility requires structural change, not just trimming the woke excess.

The Big Beautiful Bill (H.R.1) proves real savings come from slashing entire bureaucracies—not chasing viral line items. Until Congress guts the administrative bloat enabling this waste, we’re just playing Whac-A-Mole with taxpayer dollars.
