Challenge here is how do you value the IOCC equity stake + there are enough 5-10% shareholders that its sort of a stand off

Also a little bit similar to IAMGOLD $IAG $IMG.TO where everyone is worried Agnico $AEM just comes over the top...the presence of Franco $FNV on the $LIF.TO register looms over any attempt

PS - arguably the cushiest corporate gig to have, do a quarterly IOCC board meeting, make sure the check clears at Scotia, set the dividend based on min cash policy, collect a paycheck

So no one really motivated to sell the company
