That's right. The main violator of laws and freedoms in Brazil is Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes, not necessarily Lula. 

Lula supports and contributes to the persecution, but Moraes is out of control for a long time and has already delivered his message: he will remain on the Brazilian Supreme Court until 2043; Trump will remain president only until January 2029.

If Moraes gets the chance, he will go after @realDonaldTrump , @SecRubio , @JasonMiller and everyone he perceives as his enemies along with a future administration.
