@seweryn_szyda @Z3nyx @marqoz @sentdefender Kaliningrad has direct access to the Baltic Sea. Kaliningrad Oblast, a Russian exclave, is located on the southeastern coast of the Baltic Sea. The port city of Baltiysk serves as a key maritime hub and home to Russia’s Baltic Fleet. 
Eliminating access would be very difficult.
