GM Koneru Humpy knocks out GM Alexandra Kosteniuk, and is through to the Quarterfinals of Women's World Cup 2025!

Both their classical games ended in a draw. Humpy defeated Kosteniuk in Game X of the 15+10 Rapid tiebreaks, and held a draw in Game X to win the match!
