$BFC Merger of Equals:

On July 17, 2025, Bank First Corp announced a merger agreement with Centre X Bancorp, where Centre will merge into Bank First, with an expected closing in the first quarter of 2026. Each outstanding share of Centre stock will convert to XXXXXX shares of Bank First stock, subject to conditions based on Centre's tangible book value.
