$20B of equity value in this case imputes $30B of EV, which at EBITDA of $3.6B imputes around 8.5x EBITDA. Given KHC currently trades at 8.3x EBITDA, Im fine with it - I buy the $20B number

BUT - that also tells me the value has to be in the condiments business
