According to data released today by China's Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao, the absolute value of China's total retail sales of consumer goods—48.3 trillion RMB—has reached roughly XX% of that of the US.
In terms of real purchasing power, however, China's total retail sales have already surpassed the US, amounting to XXX times the US' figure.
