@JeffreyRWRath 1/. Am can be bought for $5,000/month untaxed. Not proud of it. XX yr old though. Total pensions $1,120/month. Basic bills w/transit treats r minimum $3,500/month. That's -$2,380/month. So. 5000-2380=2,620. House requires roof, paint, carpet, basement work. Gym health. EV? O. O.
