2.Our DOG acquisition is recent and will be reflected in our upcoming audited filing, as required. Not every move makes it into filings the moment it happens — that’s not how reporting works.

3.Multiple addresses are common for public companies — they reflect mailing, corporate, or operational locations. That’s not unusual.

4.Our ownership disclosures on OTC Markets are accurate and current. No insiders have sold shares, and we’ve operated transparently from the start.
