💸 £80M cost-saving plan on track
🧣 Classic relaunch (Scarf Bar, trench coats) gaining traction
📈 Early signs of turnaround, margin outlook stable

Have a position at $11, looking for $XX exit. China has been a tough market for the entire luxury space since mid 2022.  Hope all of them can recover !
