Article 9, Sec X of our Constitution clearly states: “The power to tax shall never be surrendered, suspended or contracted away.”  Lawmakers should be outraged‼️The MEDC’s offer (proposed contract) of $6.2B in tax dollars to Sandisk, included suspending four taxes for XX years⁉️
