@SonofBugsy you have a fair point, but if $galp want's to keep XX% (which they absolutely should), then JV mechanics dictate that the block operator has XX% or more stake i the block. 

If a consortium offer's galp a deal "they cant refuse" and get galp to XX% or below, then yes maybe.
