🐋 @SharpLinkGaming, whose board of directors includes @ethereum and @Consensys co-founder @ethereumJoseph, has filed an application with the @SECGov seeking approval to sell $5B worth of shares. The proceeds will be used to purchase $ETH for the company’s treasury.
