@DadBodWho @rev_cap @NickTimiraos The Fed's QE - $X trillion added to the balance sheet in 2020 alone - probably contributed more to the 2020 M2 growth than fiscal stimulus. Then again, this is all unimportant: if the Fed had dropped its accommodative policies in early 2021, there wouldn't have been inflation.
