The ETH/BTC ratio just broke out from multi-year lows and is testing old resistance, with on-chain data and RSI/MACD momentum backing the move. ETH dominance above 10%, surging market cap, and ETF inflows are fueling institutional and retail FOMO—social sentiment is hitting new cycle highs.

More traders are rotating into alts as USDT dominance drops and capital flows into high-beta plays, with bullish setups showing up across the board. The technicals and fundamentals look “altseason ready,” but a monthly close above resistance is the last piece for confirmation.
