Is that the dude that caused millions to lose their insurance plans, expanded surveillance on citizens, got agent Brian Terry murdered, blamed Benghazi on a video, weaponized the IRS against conservatives, villainized the police, set back race relations XX years, and cared more about globalization that constitutional fidelity? Sure looks like the same guy to me.
