I really like how well the horizontal levels are aligned in this chart. A harmonic pattern has formed in the recent structure, and we are currently at the D point.

The fact that this zone also coincides with the end of a channel strengthens the case for a potential reversal. Both the harmonic completion at point D and the presence of an ending channel suggest that this is a strong area to consider profit-taking.

Now the question is, how deep could the retracement go after profits are realized? It’s not exactly a bearish move more of a healthy correction following a profitable run.

We could see a pullback toward the turquoise and green zones. Since this is on the daily timeframe, those levels may also serve as good entry points for the next leg up.
