@RiskOnBobby Someone should check BTBT deal docs in their SEC filings to see if they have a ROFR or standstill with the bank / PIPE investors.  Could impact future capital raising efforts or flexibility.  Likely, the reason for the PIPE over ATM sales, since it was a higher cost of capital.
