Couldn't have predicted this....??
Yet @fordnation  and @MarkJCarney  are still handing our tax dollars ($13.7B) to @VW to build a monolithic $20B environmentally destructive battery plant in St. Thomas ON to make batteries for cars NOBODY WANTS! 
@VW sure gets a good deal though
