X. THE GENIUS ACT

For the first time in U.S. history,
Stablecoins have a legal framework.

The Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins (GENIUS) Act is a landmark victory for the crypto industry. 

Passed by the Senate in June 2025 (68-30 vote) and the House on July 17, 2025 (308-122 vote), it’s now awaiting President Trump’s signature to become law.
