Monthly Timeframe 

We failed to create a new lower low, instead, a higher low was formed.

The trendline that had been guiding the downtrend has now been broken.

However, for a true trend reversal on the monthly chart, $EURUSD still needs to break above the previous high.

The big question is:

 Will EURUSD reach and break the previous high?
