Quite interesting to watch people implement alt data by looking at company job ads and new hires to link expansion projects, increased demand/contracts/investment areas pre earnings call. 
Seems to have had some effect but obviously shouldn’t be viewed in isolation, but might be worth assigning probabilities to this
