Higher low.. But inside weekly order block they'll retest 

When btc went to 105-110k Sui came to same prices 

During the correction phase to 98k and chop... Sui went back to the lows 

The real altseason is in the last leg usually when btc doesn't need any more money for any rally.. For now btc has topped locally 

And in correction phase gearing up for next rally
