Looking at my Morpho loan made me think... 

The native borrow rate is 4.37%, which is what I have to pay in $USDC. For a $XXXXXX loan that's $112/month. 

However at the same time I'm earning XXXXXX $KAT every month. 

Wouldn't that mean I'm basically buying $KAT @ $XXXX ?
