#Update 

Hexaware Technologies has acquired SMC Squared, a global capability center (GCC) enabler, for an enterprise value of $XXX million.  This includes an upfront payment of $XX million and a potential $XX million earnout.  

The acquisition aims to create a comprehensive GCC services stack, merging Hexaware's IT delivery strengths with SMC Squared's expertise in establishing and managing GCCs.  SMC Squared, with operations in the US and India, has set up over XX GCCs and reported $XX million in revenue in the first half of 2025.  

This strategic move, integrated into Hexaware's new GCC XXX service line, will offer end-to-end advisory, setup, operations, and optimization services.  The combined entity is expected to drive significant growth, capitalizing on India's rapidly expanding GCC sector, projected to reach over $XXX billion in revenue by 2030.
