@solana @MeteoraAG @binance Let me point out the obvious differences between the $btc & cex era (pre-2017) and the $eth & dex + cex era.. 
to list on a cex u paid a fee & had to provide initial liquidity (ur token) and buy a mm package, or provide market making & maintain monthly trading vol..
