Activity abounds on the Dubhe pad where the Nabors 105AC drilling rig is being set up and site offices have been setup in preparation for spudding of the Dubhe-1 well on Alaska's North Slope. 

The ability to spud and drill in the summer months  is one of the unique and very significant advantages of being located immediately adjacent to the pipeline and road infrastructure.
