It's a linear market float weighting, correct?

You guys (and Grok!) are making this too complicated.

For simplicity assume:

Value of the float for all R2K companies: $XXXXX billion

Dollars in Black Rock R2K tracking fund: $XXX billion

Result: Black Rock buys XX% of every company's float

That is what happens if it is a simple linear weighting
