For years? The DOJ that was after Trump sat on this? I’m not a big fan of the orange guy but that seems to be an unlikely reason to sit on it. For X years the last administration was trying to do everything they could to take him down.

Not trying to be political in anyway and not saying this birthday book isn’t real, just saying there are likely other reasons this has been withheld.
